3Ph - Dual Speed Motor

CR Motors' dual speed motors are built for applications that need two distinct operating speeds from a single motor unit. As dual speed motor manufacturers, we produce these motors using the pole-changing winding method, which allows the motor to switch between two synchronous speeds, typically in a 2:1 ratio, without requiring an external variable speed drive.

These motors are used in fans, conveyors, hoists, and machine tools where only two fixed speed points are needed and the cost of a full inverter-driven system is not justified. Available in three phase configurations with cast iron or aluminium frames.
